The account details you give us, the business records you enter — watches, clients, consignments, repair jobs — and technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in times and error logs.
To run HoroClick for you. Your business data is visible only to you and the team members you invite. It is never sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or aggregated across customers.
Business data is retained for 12 months after account closure so you can return, then permanently deleted. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner at any time.
Export everything in CSV or JSON whenever you like, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Email admin@horoclick.com.
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256 on Google Firebase, with automatic backups.
