Creating Custom Tags
Step-by-Step Process
Navigate to the People page
Click the "Manage Tags" button in the top-right
In the modal, click "Add Tag"
Enter a descriptive tag name (max 20 characters)
Choose an icon from the available library
Select a color for visual identification
Preview your tag design
Click "Add Tag" to save
Click "Save Changes" to finalize

Applying Tags to Contacts
When Adding New Contacts
Custom tags section appears in the form
Check boxes for applicable tags
Multiple tags can be selected
Tags are saved with the contact
For Existing Contacts
Open contact details
Click "Edit Person"
Scroll to Custom Tags section
Check/uncheck tags as needed
Save changes

Managing Your Tags
Editing Tags
Go to People → Manage Tags
Click edit icon on existing tag
Modify name, icon, or color
Changes apply to all contacts using the tag
Deleting Tags
Click delete icon on unwanted tag
Confirm deletion
Tag is removed from all contacts
Action cannot be undone
Best Practices for Custom Tags
Use clear, descriptive names
Keep names short (under 15 characters)
Be consistent with naming conventions
