When to Use Bulk Import
The bulk import feature is perfect for adding multiple watches quickly, especially when migrating from other systems or adding large collections.

Accessing Bulk Import
Navigation Steps
Go to the Inventory page
Look for the "Upload Stock" button in the top-right
Click to open the bulk import interface
Download sample files to understand the format

Stock Watches Format
Required Fields
Watch brand (e.g., "Rolex")
Watch model (e.g., "Submariner Date")
Model reference (e.g., "126610LN")
Cost price as number (e.g., 12000)

Converting from Excel
If you currently use Excel or Google Sheets, you can convert your data to JSON format:
Conversion Steps
Make a copy of your Excel file
Change column headers to match HoroClick field names
Save as CSV format
Use an online CSV to JSON converter
Copy the JSON output to HoroClick
Validate before uploading
