Stock vs Consignments
HoroClick supports two types of inventory: Stock (watches you own) and Consignments (watches owned by others that you sell on commission).

Watches you own and have purchased
You keep 100% of the profit
Requires purchase price and date
Track from acquisition to sale
Watches owned by others
You earn a commission percentage
Requires consignor and commission rate
Track payouts to consignors
Adding Stock Watches
Step-by-Step Process
Access the Add Stock Form
Click "Add Stock" from the dashboard
Or use the Quick Add section in the sidebar
Or navigate to Inventory → Add Stock button
Use Auto-Fill Feature
Enter the reference number first
Click "Auto-fill" to populate specifications
Review and modify the auto-filled data
Manual entry if reference not found
Fill Required Fields
Brand & Model:
Essential identification
Reference Number:
Unique model identifier
Purchase Price:
What you paid for the watch
Purchase Date:
When you acquired it
Current state of the watch
Auto-Fill Feature
HoroClick's auto-fill feature uses a comprehensive watch database to automatically populate specifications when you enter a reference number.
How Auto-Fill Works:
Enter the watch reference number (e.g., "126610LN")
Click the "Auto-fill" button
HoroClick searches its database for matching specifications
Found data automatically populates the form fields
Review and modify any fields as needed
Important Note
The auto-fill feature is still in development and may contain errors. Always verify the populated information before saving. If you find incorrect data, please email admin@horoclick.com with the reference number.
Adding Images
High-quality images are crucial for selling watches. HoroClick supports comprehensive image management:
Upload Limits
Maximum 10 images per watch
Maximum 10MB per individual image
Maximum 20MB total per watch
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
Best Practices
Include dial, case, and bracelet shots
Show any damage or wear clearly
Include box and papers if available
Use good lighting and focus
Bulk Import Option
For adding multiple watches at once, use the JSON bulk import feature:

Click "Upload Stock" button
